Help with your MTG Partner Points account, rewards, participating locations, or service requests.

Returning to your account

Choose “I Already Have an Account” and use the same Google account or email used to register. Your saved phone number and rewards remain with your profile. Use “Forgot password” on the login screen if needed.

Missing or incorrect points

Have your rewards profile phone number, location, and receipt or invoice reference ready. Points from FleetFlow require an eligible fully paid invoice and successful synchronization. Account and TC customers are excluded.

Contact a location

Open the Call tab in the app and choose the shop or truck stop. When a location has no usable phone number, the app uses 303-476-3622.

Service assistance

Submitting a service request does not confirm dispatch. Call to confirm assistance. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Privacy requests

Call the support number to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify ownership. Do not share your password or sign-in verification codes.
